To the ends of the Earth my dear, to the ends of the Earth.

My fingers are cramping from changing the TV channels or muting the sound whenever a political ad comes on which is almost always every 10 to 12 minutes or programing. I will be so very happy and elated when November 2, 2010 comes around. I am so sick and tired of all the lying. drum beating. and finger pointing of the politicians involved. At least there are no usual political robo-calls.

This senior, will channel scan during the ad time, and go back to that channel after a few minutes.I

am fed up with each opponent making verbal hits against the other. I wouldn't vote for either person

who lowers themselves to this bad politics. It's time to be rid of old political blood and get in some

new and fresh politicians. We can't do any worse.

Funny.

I wouldn't go that far, but I will and DO change the channel each time one comes on. Sometimes, to never change it back again to the original channel! (So pay ATTENTION Fox!)

I am keeping a private list of all those candidates who indulge in attack ads, and striking them off my vote list as well. I don't think that is a character trait I want my elected representative to have!

(By the way, even though I live in Toronto, up here in Canada, we have a hotly contested mayoral race going on right now, so I know exactly what it is you guys are going through. Doesn't seem to be much difference in politicians between North and South!)

That's actually very tempting. I've had caller ID for years but lately I'm in the habit of checking it every time the phone rings. If I don't recognize the number I totally ignore the call. I know its kind of petty but all of these calls really get on my last nerve. My home is my only refuge and then these idiots think they have the right to butt into the very little free time I have. If you want to make sure I DO NOT vote for you, then just give me one of those stupid calls.

It seems the ones this year are uglier than ever before to me. I hate politics. I have not seen TV for two days. I went out with 3 friends day before yesterday and had a physical examination today. I knew how I was going to vote, and they do not affect me, except I am sick of the mud slinging, and the pot calling the kettle black.

Cute Cartoon. I didn't know you could get away from those things.

It's gotten so that when I see one of those ads, I assume somebody's bound to be lying.

Fortunately, I early voted yesterday. I can sit back and ignore them.

I mute them on TV. I hang up on phone calls and throw out mail without reading it.

I like it..!! I don't watch any on TV. Some are funny to listen too. If they bother me, I tune them out or turn off the radio.

Funny you should ask this right now. I just found a packet of political propaganda - - not at my front door - - but out on my patio!!!

The candidates are always and forever preaching change......let's give it to them! Vote ALL incumbants OUT!!

I went to Africa one time for the whole month of November. It was nice and peaceful compared to the campaigns and aftermath.

Perhaps we should look at pre-election requirements in the UK they seem

quite reasonable.

Great cartoon. I have become very well acquainted with the "mute" button on my remote in the last month.
