Very interesting.

I'm thinking that Typhoid should be on the list for most deaths - due to drinking water.

I have a booklet (the year 1886) - called The Contributor - it shows an advertisement - saying that Bull Durham - was good for a persons health.LOL

Thanks for sharing.

No. Your organization should no longer have got to see marks or give you issues with dates. I do know this on the grounds that I had to take a different direction for my masters, so as an alternative of finishing in may of 2004, I graduated in could of 2005. I've by no means been requested why.

I'm confused. We added the 45th star to our flag in 1896 and the 46th star in 1908, yet you state an average wage for 1910. We seem to have a mistaken fact here somewhere.

Around March - or was it June - 1911 ?

I know some scoundrel stole my brand new bicycle in the February and the constables never retrieved for me.

There was hardly ANY law & order back in those turbulent times - some of us were lucky to even stay alive.

You mentioned 1910, so I believe that's the year.

You gave it away. A hundred years ago.

But I would have known anyway, because of the contemporaneous assertion that "heroin gives buoyancy to the mind." Which was--and is--true. The attitude toward drugs in the U.S.A. was very civilized back then, and continued to be so, until the regime of Tricky Dicky Nixon in the 1070s.

I'd say 1910. I'd never thought about where gas was sold before gas stations -- excellent piece of trivia.
