My home video loads in Facebook but not in yahoo mail. It says I need dropbox, but you have to pay for it.

It does load in Outlook Skydrive, but it won't play for people I send it too.

I am on Vista with Chrome and Yahoo both. What is a completely free video download that will play when sent out to others?

I have this posted in several places, as my last request got 0 answers in Yahoo mail category.

It's not easy to diagnose the problem. One quick fix can be installing the latest version of Adobe Flash Player. Free link here: http://bit.ly/1tmMp3l

Adobe Flash Player is often responsible for issues with videos and trying to install it or update it it's something that you can do quite easily. (It worked for me most of the times)

It's not very likely but also possible that YouTube won't play the video if your connection speed is below a certain speed. If you know you have slow Internet, try connecting to a different network that is faster. You can find these at wifi-hotspots, like Internet cafes, bookstores, libraries, etc.

It's very difficult but also possible that the Youtube Server that holds the video you are trying to watch is temporarily under construction. This is a temporary issue, so everything can starting working again without the need of installing new softwares on your pc.

I'm guessing that your video file is too large, as otherwise it should work on Skydrive. 100 MB is the most that will work there, for a single file.

There is a way to compress most large files so that you can send them. Look at the reference below, and good luck!

Daisy,

Maybe you can just send a link. You might try video compression, or putting the video in a zip file.

I haven't had much luck with Vista in anything, so I went to XP.
